Dr. Rally Varlakova
Dr. Varlakova has been a dentist in Sonoma Valley since 2011, alongside her husband and partner,
Dr. Lee Tetz. Born in Bulgaria, she grew up in Toronto, Canada, and then pursued her BS degree in Nutritional Biology at Rutgers University. She completed her dental school education at Loma Linda University in Southern California, where she was distinguished with honors in pediatric dentistry, was elected to the Dean’s List, and received numerous awards including leadership recognition from the International College of Dentists, as well as clinical awards from the American Association of Pediatric Dentists, and the American Association of Periodontology, among others. She has also taken many continuing education courses in the study of cariology, functional esthetics, laser dentistry, and other specialized dental techniques.
Outside of her dental practice, she enjoys swimming, live music, nature, and spending time with her husband, their two daughters, and friends.

Dr. Lee Tetz
Dr. Lee Tetz has was born and raised in Napa County, and lives there with his wife and daughters.. Following dental school at Loma Linda University, he completed a General Practice Residency at the VA Hospital on Mare Island, where he had extensive training in complicated surgical procedures, endodontics, implants, and more. He is currently part-time faculty dentist in the same residency program.
While a student, Dr. Tetz was distinguished with Honors in Periodontology, was elected to the Dean’s List, and served as his Class Vice President. He has also taken numerous continuing education courses in the study of implantology, functional esthetics, laser dentistry, and participates in numerous collegiate groups including the prestigious FACE and SPEAR Study Clubs. He is currently in the process of completing an advanced dental residency at the highly-regarded LA Institute of Supra-Gingival Dentistry.
Dr Tetz has volunteered with numerous local and international dental service trips including in Vallejo, Petaluma, Sacramento, San Bernardino, Nicargua, etc.
Outside of his dental practice, he enjoys travelling along the California coastline, machining, working on cars, and spending time with family & friends.

Dr. Sylvia DeAguiar
Dr. DeAguiar was born and raised in Sonoma County, and is so excited to be home following the completion of her formal edication. She has had many adventures, and thinks there's no place like home! After graduating with honors in acquiring her Bachelor of Science Degree from UC Davis, she completed her dental education at UCSF. She performs all aspects of general dentistry with a gentle and thorough demeanor.
Dr. DeAguiar has participated in numerous local and international mission trips providing dental care and medical relief to underserved populations in Jamaica, Mexico, and several parts of the North Bay area. As a student, she was involved in several outreach organizations, including serving as President of Children’s Health Hut, an organization dedicated to improving the health of Bay Area youth. She pursued
additional certifications in Invisalign® as well as a clerkship in endodontics.
Outside of the practice of dentistry, she is also an adventure guide and kayaking instructor in Tomales Bay!
In her off time, she can be found on a soccer field, on the water, enjoying yoga, tasting delicious bay area
eats, or spending time with her husband and 2 children.

Dr. Anna Sukhova
Dr. Anna immigrated to the United States at the age of seven and has called Napa home ever since. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Sonoma State University before attending Loma Linda University School of Dentistry, where she graduated with highest honors. During dental school she was elected to the Dean’s List and inducted into the National Dental Honor Society, Omicron Kappa Upsilon. Following dental school, Dr. Anna completed a General Practice Residency at Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center, where she received advanced training treating patients with complex medical and dental needs in both clinical dental settings and the operating room.
After completing her training, Dr. Anna returned to Napa to serve the community where she was raised. She is passionate about providing high-quality dentistry that aligns with each patient’s long-term goals and believes excellent dental care should support lasting oral health.
In her free time, Dr. Anna enjoys spending time with family, playing games, and exploring new places. She has also been deeply involved in fostering and rescuing animals—especially stray cats and kittens—and continues to have a strong love for animal welfare.

Dr. Nathaniel LaSalle
Dr. Nathaniel LaSalle grew up in Sacramento before moving to Sonoma County to attend Sonoma State University. After graduation, he and his family relocated to Southern California, where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Southern California.
While at USC, Dr. LaSalle was selected to serve on the school’s emergency response team, providing care during medical emergencies within the dental school. Upon graduation, he was inducted into the National Dental Honor Society, Omicron Kappa Upsilon, in recognition of his outstanding academic and clinical achievements.
Having fallen in love with Sonoma County during his time at Sonoma State, Dr. LaSalle was excited to return to the area after completing dental school. He focuses on a comprehensive, patient-centered approach to care, combining each patient’s goals and concerns with evidence-based treatment planning to create personalized dental solutions.

Margie, Lead RDA
Margie is our lead registered dental assistant. She was born and raised in Nicaragua, where she attended dental school in Managua. She then immigrated to the United States and settled in Sonoma County, where she lives with her husband and 4 beautiful children. She has been a dental assistant since 2011 and loves what she does!
Margie is passionate about patient care and comfort, as well as learning new techniques and expanding her knowledge to better serve our patients. She is always willing to lend a helping hand or a shoulder to cry on when needed. We are so proud to have her as our lead assistant.
In her free time, Margie enjoys spending time with her family, nurturing a healthy lifestyle, and exploring new restaurants in Sonoma County.

Debbie, RDH
Debbie is our lead dental hygienist. She was raised in Novato and received her undergraduate and postgraduate education at Sonoma State University, eventually leading her to a Master of Arts in Education degree. In 1995, she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from UCSF. As an alumna, she returned to the UCSF campus and has served as a clinical dental hygiene instructor for five years.
She joined our practice in 2022 and quickly overhauled our hygiene department to have greater scope, more ergonomic design elements, and the best instrumentation and supplies. Her knowledgeable, and her gentle and comfortable approach has truly been an asset to our practice. Debbie currently also teaches at Santa Rosa Junior College’s highly respected dental hygiene program. Throughout Debbie’s career, her natural desire for teaching and continuing education has fed her passion to stay up to date with the latest dental innovations. Debbie’s commitment to helping patients maintain optimal long-term oral health and overall wellbeing is simply outstanding.
When not immersed in her chosen field, Debbie enjoys spending time with family, running, and knitting.
